These terms apply when you buy from canna-power.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us

2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We may cancel an order if we believe the buyer is under 18.
3. Your order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we’ve received it. The contract between us starts when we dispatch your order. If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or the price was shown wrongly, we’ll tell you and won’t charge you, or we’ll refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Viva.com.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Delivery & Shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. The details, including which sealed products can’t be returned once opened, are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
7. If something is wrong
We must supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren’t, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
8. About our products
Our CBD products are sold as food supplements, cosmetics or vaping products. They are not medicines, for people or for animals, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10mg a day. It does not recommend CBD, unless under medical direction, for children, people taking any medication, people trying to conceive, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
If you order from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check that the products are legal where you live.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses: these terms are for consumers buying for personal use. Wholesale customers buy under our separate wholesale terms. We do not limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Events outside our control
If something outside our control delays your order, such as a courier strike or severe weather, we’ll tell you as soon as possible. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.
11. Complaints
If you have a problem, email hello@canna-power.co.uk or call 020 3538 1303. We reply to complaints within 5 working days.
12. Other terms
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version on the website when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
