Serving Size Based On Weight: Small dog (2-10kg) = 1 treat. Medium dog (10-20kg) = 2 treats. Large dog (20kg+) = 3 treats.
Warning: This is a complementary food for dogs. Suitable for all breeds and ages from 16 weeks old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. For canine use only. Keep away from children. 2. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.
- Processing takes 5–10 working days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

- Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product.
- We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- We’ll cover return shipping if the error is ours.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, strength, or product:
- Return the unwanted item as per the return process.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
