SERVING SIZE BASED ON WEIGHT: Small dog (<2kg) = ¼ dropper. Medium dog (2-10kg) = ½ dropper. Large dog (10-20kg) = ¾ dropper. X Large dog (20kg+) = full dropper. 60 servings of ½ dropper (0.5ml).
DIRECTIONS: Add recommended serving to pet food using dropper. Store in a cool dry place. Can be applied directly onto dry skin. Use 1-2 times per day.

2. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

- Processing takes 5–10 working days.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
