1. Delivery Information - UK Delivery

2. Returns and Refunds Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item

  3. Package Your Item Ensure items are securely packaged with the proof of purchase included.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.
  • Processing takes 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • We’ll cover return shipping if the error is ours.
5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, strength, or product:

  • Place a new order for the desired item.
