1. Delivery Information - UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
International Delivery

2. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Instructions
We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the package.
- Package Your Item
Ensure items are securely packaged with the proof of purchase included.
- Send to Our Address : Cannapower House 80 Dean Street London W1D 3SL (Items sent without prior approval may be refused).
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.
- Processing takes 5–10 working days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

- Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product.
- We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- We’ll cover return shipping if the error is ours.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, strength, or product:
- Return the unwanted item as per the return process.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products.
- Damaged items caused after delivery.
- Sale items, unless faulty.
7. Returning a Gift
- Gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
- If you have a receipt or confirmation, follow the standard return process.
- For exchanges, let us know your preference in your return email.
